As a Market Discovery Lead, you're the bridge between real-world needs and cutting-edge research. You uncover problems worth solving, validate market pull, and chart the best path to impact—whether through licensing, partnerships, or venture creation.
You’ll collaborate closely with Innovation Catalysts to shape early ideas, and with Venture Creators to bring validated opportunities to life. You’ll also be the first handshake with industry—sourcing insights, stress-testing fit and feasibility, and building strategic relationships.
You thrive at the intersection of science and market. You listen deeply, synthesize quickly, and help keep the team focused on solving meaningful, high-value problems.
