Role Overview

We’re looking for a Vice President of Product who thrives on building category-defining products from zero to scale. You will be the architect of product vision, strategy, and execution across two concurrent incubations—working alongside founders, studio leadership, and multidisciplinary teams to transform bold ideas into market-ready solutions. This is a role for a builder and a leader—someone equally comfortable painting a big-picture vision and rolling up their sleeves to make it real. You will ensure our ventures not only win in the market but deliver life-changing value to patients, providers, and partners. Key Responsibilities

Vision & Strategy

● Craft an inspiring product vision for each incubation, grounded in patient needs, clinical realities, and market opportunities

● Develop multi-year product roadmaps that align with both venture-specific and studio-wide ambitions

● Identify and harness synergies between ventures to accelerate speed, efficiency, and innovation Leadership & Execution

● Build and lead high-performing product teams—blending internal talent with external experts

● Drive MVP definition, prioritization, and iteration in close partnership with design, engineering, operations, and clinical leaders

● Maintain disciplined execution—tracking milestones, managing budgets, and optimizing resources

● Oversee vendor selection for white-label opportunities and MVP development teams Clinical & Market Alignment

● Collaborate with leading oncologists and clinical experts to embed best practices, patient safety, and compliance into every product

● Engage with health systems, payers, and patient communities to validate product-market fit and refine offerings

● Stay ahead of trends in oncology, digital health, and AI—translating them into competitive advantages Metrics & Impact

● Define clear KPIs, OKRs, and success metrics for each venture

● Foster a culture of data-driven decisions, using dashboards and reporting to guide iteration and scale

● Turn insights into actionable product enhancements and growth strategies Partner & Investor Engagement

● Be the product voice in conversations with strategic partners, investors, and advisory boards

● Align studio leadership, health system partners, and venture founders behind a unified product strategy

● Represent ventures in fundraising, partnership discussions, and industry thought leadership

Qualifications

● 10+ years of product leadership, with at least 5 years in digital healthcare or life sciences, preferably with health systems

● Proven track record of taking multiple products from 0 to 1 and beyond, ideally in high-growth or venture environments

● Deep understanding of healthcare regulatory landscapes (HIPAA, FDA, CMS) and clinical integration

● Strong ability to marry consumer engagement strategies with complex healthcare delivery models

● Exceptional communicator and influencer, able to align diverse stakeholders around a shared vision

● An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred
