WinnCompanies is seeking a dynamic, customer focused Assistant Property Manager to help oversee the daily operations of The Knolls, a beautiful, 60-unit affordable housing community located in Atascadero, CA.
This role is key to ensuring exceptional resident satisfaction, maintaining strong occupancy levels, and supporting the Property Manager with all aspects of community management including leasing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, service requests, and customer service.
The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for leasing activities, administrative duties, and fostering positive resident relationships. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring compliance with USDA and Tax Credit program requirements while helping maintain a welcoming and well-managed community.
Bilingual in Spanish and English is required for this position. Additionally, the regular work schedule is as follows: Monday through Friday, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM Please note that the pay range for this position is $21.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on experience.
