The UX/UI Designer plays a pivotal role in driving Craft’s strategic collaborations by engaging with product managers, business leaders, and internal clients to deliver an engaging user experience with our products. The UX/UI Designer will have an influence in strategic decisions, road mapping, and design processes from the ground up and play a key role in building a design culture, advocating for user-centered design, and driving innovation in our digital experiences. Work Location
Work location is determined by role and business needs. In addition to our headquarters in Salt Lake City, UT, we have several satellite locations across the US. Senior leadership, administrative functions, and technology teams are typically assigned to work in one of our office locations. While this position will begin with a Remote/Work-From-Home designation, this position will be required to work "In-Office" once the dedicated space in Nashville, TN is opened.
