Job Profile Summary:

The associate quality assurance (QA) analyst (Course Tester) is responsible for organizing, analyzing, and simplifying information related to the university’s program development initiatives. A successful candidate can manage multiple projects and deadlines while communicating progress on assignments to the appropriate parties on time.  

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Compiles, analyzes, and interprets data to support Program Development’s initiatives. 
• Acts as a liaison to cross-functional teams. 
• Creates and implements quality checklists to ensure the functionality of courses.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Requires broad theoretical job knowledge through advanced education.
• No required professional experience.

Department Specific Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3 years’ experience in process or workflow management or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in quality assurance and/or course testing.
• Familiarity with JIRA and Salesforce.
• Experience with Quality Matters and other QA industry standards.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Position & Application Details
