Skills
- Strong full-stack engineering experience building complex web applications
- Fluency with Node.js, React, and TypeScript
- Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms (AWS) and working with infrastructure-as-code
- Familiarity with GraphQL, Postgres, and server-side rendering of React at scale
- Experience with CI/CD, observability, and debugging production systems
- Knowledge of Cloudflare Workers, Pulumi or similar IaC tools is a plus
- Solid data design and modeling skills and performance-minded engineering
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, and ship production features in the Designer Dashboard and backend infrastructure for Webflow Cloud
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to define scope, trade-offs, and delivery plans
- Debug and resolve production incidents spanning services and multiple stack layers
- Contribute to system design, data modeling, and performance optimizations for large-scale web apps
- Document designs, review code, participate in releases, and uphold engineering quality standards
- Mentor peers, participate in hiring and interview processes, and help improve team practices
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrated history of shipping production software
- Ongoing learning mindset with interest in emerging technologies like AI
