🌟 What You’ll DoAs a key member of the Ride and Fleet Software team, you’ll:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and track reliability KPIs, identify trends, and develop smart mitigation plans.
- Design and maintain robust data pipelines that power critical metrics and improve the end-user experience.
- Capture and analyze data to uncover actionable signals, test hypotheses, and run experiments that validate your ideas.
- Evaluate and improve dashboards and reporting tools to ensure they support long-term business goals and decision-making.
- 4+ years of hands-on data engineering experience
- Expertise with tools like Looker, Elasticsearch, Kibana, Grafana, Databricks, or similar analytics platforms
- A user-first mindset with a drive to build systems that enhance real-world experiences
- Curiosity and a constant desire to improve, experiment, and innovate
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify the complex
- 2+ years of data science experience
- Familiarity with AWS services, including Lambda
- Experience in the ride-hailing, mobility, or fleet management industry
- You've defined and tracked product success metrics in production environments
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- A knack for breaking down complex ideas into clear, actionable insights

- Schedule: Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week, Hybrid - (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
