Skills
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
- Proficiency in Python and object-oriented programming.
- Experience with Python web frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask (preferred).
- Designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines using orchestration tools like Apache Airflow.
- Strong SQL skills with data modeling, transformation, and analysis experience.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift) and messaging systems (Kafka, Pub/Sub).
- Familiarity with streaming frameworks like Apache Beam (preferred).
- Experience deploying applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain APIs, services, and orchestration systems for data fulfillment.
- Integrate with third-party APIs and data landing zones.
- Design and maintain data systems, contributing to platform enhancements.
- Build streaming data pipelines.
- Collaborate with ML, Analytics, and Reporting teams to meet service level objectives (SLOs).
- Maintain and expand existing systems, tooling, and infrastructure.
