Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy data pipeline code defined by Senior Engineer to curate and process clinical data from electronic health records
- Field and troubleshoot problems, issues, and bugs in data pipelines
- Complete routine coding tasks and maintenance
- Implement designs in collaboration with senior engineers and internal stakeholders
- Execute manual data deployment and updating jobs
- Execute manual QA jobs and review QA outputs to raise issues
- Build monitoring jobs for data quality
- Serve as a liaison for the Data Management Team
- Create and maintain technical documentation for cloud-based solutions and processes
- Stay current on cloud technology trends and advancements
Education
- Bachelor of Science degree in relevant field
