About Walmart Transportation:
Our transportation team is crucial in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods across the country. As an Area Manager, Fleet Safety, you will play an essential role in maintaining our high safety standards and supporting our commitment to excellence.
What You’ll Do:
Support Walmart transportation offices in fleet safety operations.
Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and other relevant safety standards.
Provide driver training and coaching to enhance performance and safety.
Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures.
Leverage data to identify root causes of safety issues and apply solutions.
Utilize data visualization tools to create informative safety dashboards for stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring:
In-depth knowledge of DOT regulations.
Proven experience in driver training and coaching.
Strong data and digital literacy, with the ability to analyze data and develop meaningful insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage and implement technology solutions to improve safety processes.
Knowledge of environmental policies and procedures is a plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00-$98,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
