- Familiarity with MDA/MAP and PMAP mission assurance provisions
- Experience with EVMS CAM and supplier processes
- Non-destructive inspection/testing experience (solid propellants) desired
Responsibilities
- Define and document program manufacturing processes, tools, work instructions and training materials
- Provide day-to-day manufacturing and test operations support to meet quality, OTD and cost targets
- Collaborate with design, safety, quality, operations and supply chain to ensure manufacturability
- Lead non-conformance investigations, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions
- Support First Article Inspections (FAI), Hardware Acceptance and Pre-Ship Reviews
- Conduct and/or approve FAI reports and participate in Supplier FAI reviews
- Perform Manufacturing Readiness Level Assessments (MRLAs) and supplier evaluations
- Drive change management for process and design improvements and track implementation
- Coach and mentor production technicians; maintain training records and frontline support
- Support internal/external audits, program status reviews, and customer interfaces (DCMA, program office)
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited college/university (or equivalent experience)
- Master's degree in a STEM discipline preferred
