- 10+ years in IB, PE, or VC
- Proven track record raising from family offices, HNWIs, VCs, and growth equity investors for private companies
- Deep investor relationships and strong execution capabilities
- Licensed under FINRA (Series 82 or 7)
- Experience raising $10M-$500M+ tickets in one or multiple sectors, including biotech / AI / Infrastructure / tech / industrials, or something else spesific
- High earning potential with uncapped upside tied directly to deal success
