Skills
- Proficiency in SQL including advanced concepts such as CTEs and procedural logic.
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills including complex formulas and data modeling.
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Looker for impactful dashboard creation.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM data structure and workflows.
- Strong communication skills to translate analytics into business insights.
- Experience with predictive modeling using Python, R, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with data pipeline tools such as dbt and Airflow.
- Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success functions.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable, user-friendly Tableau dashboards for key business metrics.
- Respond to ad hoc analytics requests using Excel or Google Sheets providing timely insights.
- Assist in building and maintaining analytics infrastructure including SQL procedures and data transformation workflows.
- Collaborate with Salesforce administrators to optimize CRM data quality and capture.
- Design and implement predictive models targeting customer retention and pipeline conversion.
- Analyze product usage data to uncover engagement patterns and network effects.
- Engage with executives and managers to gather requirements and present findings clearly.
- Identify KPIs and develop reporting solutions for new initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing dashboards and reports.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
