Skills
- Strong knowledge of paid media and marketing analytics with experience in retail media analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with AMC (Amazon Marketing Cloud) or other data clean rooms.
- Experience designing and measuring lift or incrementality experiments and other digital marketing measurement solutions.
- Strong client relationship and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior enterprise leaders.
- Leadership skills demonstrated by managing and developing junior and mid-level team members.
- Analytical and strategic thinking for solving complex marketing challenges and prioritizing analytical roadmaps.
- Interest in learning new technologies and automating workflows using AI.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior point of contact for assigned client portfolios, owning measurement strategy, technology, and insight delivery.
- Collaborate with media and measurement partners to adopt marketing technologies such as brand lift studies and data clean rooms.
- Translate complex data into clear insights for senior client leaders.
- Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 analysts and managers, providing strategic guidance and thought leadership.
- Drive departmental best practices, staffing, training, and development in partnership with senior leadership.
- Advocate for and provide feedback on proprietary marketing tools to enhance organizational adoption and capabilities.
- Inspire and coach staff across multiple disciplines within the department.
Education
- BA/BS degree required.
