Our role: Technical Post-Sales Manager
We are seeking a technically adept, AI forward, solutions-driven Technical Post-Sales Manager to lead our post-sales technical delivery function and ensure seamless ERP integrations and client onboarding. This role sits at the intersection of technology and customer success—perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, is familiar with ERP systems, and enjoys solving complex problems with creativity and precision.
This individual will be a hands-on technical leader, guiding customers through implementation and integration phases, architecting scalable solutions, and driving continuous improvement. You’ll be supported by and lead a team of engineers, consultants, and project managers, helping our enterprise clients unlock the full potential of Vic.ai’s AI-powered AP automation platform.

What You’ll Do
Own Post-Sales Delivery: Lead and manage end-to-end delivery for complex post-sales projects—including discovery, ERP integration, technical configuration, testing, go-live, and post-launch optimization.
Technical Integration Leadership: Architect and oversee integrations between Vic.ai’s APIs and enterprise ERP, PO, and business systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Coupa and many more).
Creative Problem Solving: Tackle complex client challenges with an inventive, resourceful mindset; identify solutions that maximize scalability and long-term client success.
Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary technical contact for customers post-sale, translating technical requirements into actionable solutions and communicating with clarity and empathy.
Team Leadership & Development: Lead a high-performing team of integration engineers, consultants, and project managers. Foster technical excellence, collaboration, and ownership.
AI Innovation: Rethink implementation methodologies and systems to drive meaningful delivery efficiency, consistency, and scalability through AI.
Champion AI Adoption: Guide customers through onboarding with a deep understanding of how Vic.ai’s artificial intelligence automates AP workflows, surfaces insights, and delivers ROI. Translate AI capabilities into business value.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product and Engineering to influence API enhancements, data mapping, and product improvements based on customer needs.
Data-Driven Performance: Track implementation and integration KPIs (e.g., timeline adherence, API error rates, customer satisfaction) and use insights to continuously improve.
Industry Foresight: Stay up-to-date on ERP, automation, and integration trends. Bring insights back to the team to evolve strategy and tooling.
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of experience in technical post-sales, implementation, or integration roles, with a strong emphasis on ERP systems.
3+ years managing a team and setting the standard for high performance
An AI-first mindset. You are well-read and up to speed on the latest developments and capabilities, and have experimented with AI tools and no-code platforms.
Hands-on experience with ERP platforms..
Strong technical foundation—comfortable working with APIs, system architecture, data flows, and debugging issues in real-time.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with the creativity and tenacity to thrive in an agile, startup environment.
Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to build, iterate, and scale processes and solutions.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional project teams in complex client environments.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify the complex for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with project management tools like Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). PMP or similar certification is a plus.
Location preference: Hybrid - NYC or Miami (Monthly or Bi-Monthly In-Office)

The base annual salary range for this position is specific to the United States and ranges from $135,000 - $160,000. The actual annual salary paid for this position will be based on several factors, including but not limited to: internal equity, skills, prior experiences, work location, training, company needs, and current market demands. The annual salary range for this position is subject to change and may be adjusted in the future. This position may also be eligible for salary increases, bonuses, equity awards, and benefits.
