- Expert three-statement financial modeling and scenario analysis
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, modeling best practices)
- Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis experience
- Experience with financial systems (Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI) a plus
- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management
- Experience supporting M&A, capital allocation, and ROI analysis
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and debt forecasts and models
- Partner with operational and functional leaders to develop strategic plans, annual budgets, and rolling forecasts
- Perform monthly variance analysis versus budget and prior year and present insights to leadership
- Develop and enhance monthly financial reporting packages and Board presentations
- Provide financial analyses to identify opportunities to improve revenue, efficiency, and margins
- Support M&A strategy: plan, track, and report synergies and model acquisition investments
- Model capital allocation and ROI for new hospital investments and track actual performance
- Design and support approval processes for growth investments and M&A
- Develop FP&A dashboards and KPIs to scale reporting and forecasting
- Ensure data integrity for accurate reporting and participate in ad-hoc analytical projects
Education
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or Economics
- Relevant professional FP&A, financial analysis, or accounting experience
