Skills
- Strong background in distributed systems and large-scale data processing
- Proven experience shipping customer-facing products or internal tools
- Hands-on AWS experience (Kubernetes, Fargate, Lambda, Airflow, Athena, DynamoDB, VPC, EC2)
- Passion for observability, monitoring, and production reliability
- Experience designing integrations with SaaS platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
Responsibilities
- Design and implement technical solutions spanning AWS services and Salesforce integrations
- Improve systems observability and invest in reliability and data correctness
- Lead projects from ideation through to release and operational handoff
- Develop customer and stakeholder empathy to propose systems improvements
- Mentor and help grow junior engineers on the team
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in a related field is a plus
