Integrated Producer, Creative & Design Team
Skills
- 6+ years in integrated production, creative project management, or creative/design operations.
- Proven experience managing multichannel campaigns and collateral (digital, social, video, experiential, web).
- Strong organizational skills with financial/budget management experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
- Experience managing external vendors, freelancers, and production teams.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, iterative environments and balancing creative ambition with constraints.
Responsibilities
- Manage integrated projects from concept through delivery across web, digital, print, events, and field marketing.
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Scope work with creative leadership and coordinate cross-functional dependencies and stakeholder expectations.
- Prioritize and manage incoming requests to protect design team capacity and balance business needs.
- Source, onboard, and manage external vendors and freelancers including photographers and agencies.
- Oversee creative asset management and collaborate with Production Design Manager to maintain deliverables.
- Proactively identify roadblocks and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Champion process improvements and tools that streamline creative operations and collaboration.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Relevant professional training or certifications in project/production management a plus.
