Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of Platform Architects and Developer Success Engineers to drive customer technical success
- Own team impact on metrics such as net dollar retention (NDR), adoption, and expansion
- Design, implement, and refine repeatable post-sales playbooks and customer coverage models
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Product to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Monitor team performance, prioritize work, remove blockers, and allocate resources
- Analyze customer and engagement data to inform operational improvements and decision-making
- Build trusted technical relationships with customer engineering teams and executives
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree a plus but not required
