Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Implementation Manager to join our growing Customer Success team. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping Barti meet and exceed customer expectations by owning their entire initial experience. You will lead a structured onboarding process for new customers, taking them from post-sale kickoff to a successful "go-live." You will serve as the customer's primary partner during this critical phase, managing the project, configuring the platform, and training their team. You will be an important liaison between the customer and our sales and engineering teams to ensure a smooth transition and rapid time-to-value.
