Customer Support Specialist

Skedda is a leading global booking management platform serving venues, studios, and coworking spaces. The AllBooked by Skedda team is growing fast and seeks an early-career Customer Support Specialist to provide expert, empathetic support, run product demos, and feed customer insights into product development.

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Customer-facing support experience (email/chat/phone/video)
  • Comfort with SaaS products and basic technical troubleshooting
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management
  • Ability to think systemically and explain complex ideas clearly
  • Willingness to iterate based on feedback and work with a sense of urgency

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, video, and phone during the 11:00–19:00 CT / 12:00–20:00 ET shift
  • Diagnose and resolve unique space-scheduling scenarios and configuration questions
  • Deliver concise product demos via video links and guide prospective customers through setup
  • Maintain and update internal product collateral and knowledge base articles
  • Collect, document, and share customer feedback to inform product and support strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on support workflows and improvements

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • College coursework or degree in a relevant field preferred but not required
