Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and expand the IT & Security Support team including hiring, performance management, and career development
- Oversee day-to-day support and escalation for phone systems, internet connectivity, cameras (CCTV), and door access control systems
- Develop, document, and enforce policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and service level standards
- Manage department budgets, vendor relationships, contracts, and resource allocation
- Ensure system reliability, security, compliance, and incident response procedures
- Implement strategic process and tooling improvements to increase service quality and operational efficiency
- Track and report KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics to leadership
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and field deployments with operations and engineering teams
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field OR equivalent experience
- Relevant professional certifications preferred (examples: CISSP, CCNA, CompTIA, PMP)
