Veterinary Receptionist:
Duties included, but not limited to:
- Treatment plans (surgical, dental, etc.)
- Pre-surgical calls-discuss procedure
- Follow up calls/text-routine, sick patients, post-surgical, etc.
- Monitor message-chat/text
- Client communication (especially procedures new to Lakota)
- Scheduling Surgery/dental procedures
- Complete DVM task list
- Pharmacy-approve/decline
- Referrals to specialty
- Revising/creating SOPs
- Assisting team as needed
