Responsibilities
- Develop and own the overarching content strategy aligned with business objectives, audience needs, and brand voice
- Lead content planning and maintain editorial calendars for multiple platforms
- Collaborate with writers and content creators to ensure consistency, quality, and performance
- Conduct audience research, content audits, competitive analysis, and SEO research to inform strategy
- Partner with UX designers and product teams to integrate content into user journeys and product experiences
- Use analytics to measure content performance and iterate strategies based on results
- Ensure content complies with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and accessibility standards
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Marketing, Journalism, or related field or equivalent experience
- Relevant certifications in content strategy, SEO, or analytics are a plus
