Responsibilities

- Oversee architecture modernization to improve payment success rates, reduce costs, and enhance reliability.
- Drive exploration and adoption of Web3 and decentralized finance where valuable to users.
- Build and develop inclusive, high-performing engineering teams across geographies.
- Champion data-driven decision-making and experimentation to optimize user experience and business outcomes.
- Ensure the Payments domain remains resilient, auditable, and compliant with global financial regulations.
Education
- Relevant advanced degree or equivalent experience in engineering or related field.
