We're expanding and currently seeking Junior Sales Representative who are motivated, coachable, and ready to build a career while helping small businesses grow through effective marketing solutions.
We are specifically looking for candidates with backgrounds in:
- Fitness (e.g., personal trainers, front desk staff, gym managers)
- HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical (e.g., technicians, customer service reps, sales assistants)
- Wellness (e.g., nurses, aestheticians, or admin staff from Medi-Spas, Chiros, or PT clinics)
You already know the business—now use that experience to help others succeed. This is your chance to transition into a sales role that leverages your industry insight and rewards you for performance.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive new client acquisition through outreach, lead follow-up, and referrals
- Re-engage former clients and grow existing accounts
- Work from qualified leads provided by UpSwell
- Understand client needs and recommend tailored marketing solutions
- Collaborate internally on pricing, proposals, and client support
- Focus on specific verticals: Fitness, HVAC, Wellness
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales-minded professionals with strong communication skills
- Persistent and goal-oriented individuals
- Background in Fitness, HVAC, or Wellness industries is a major plus
- Prior B2B sales experience is helpful but not required
Compensation:
