JOB SUMMARY
The University of Connecticut, Information Technology Services (ITS), is seeking a technical and self-motivated Data Center Administrator 2. Under the direction of the Data Center Team Lead, this position will be responsible for facilitating the installation of voice, video, and network equipment for all departments within the University. This technical, service-oriented position is based on the Storrs campus in support of the universities? multiple data center locations and operational services. The nature of this position requires the employee to be on site. Th successful candidate will have high technical knowledge and ability as well as the ability to collaborate well with people and work with individuals of diverse cultural, social, and educational backgrounds.
