Responsibilities
- Partner with product, marketing, and partnerships to define success metrics and align analytics with organizational goals.
- Design, implement, and evaluate experiments (A/B, multivariate, uplift) to measure feature and campaign impact.
- Build, validate, and maintain predictive models, forecasts, and user segmentations to drive engagement and retention strategies.
- Translate advanced analytical methods (regression, clustering, causal inference, attribution) into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports tracking acquisition, conversion, retention, and ROI across channels.
- Work with analytics engineers to productionize analyses and turn insights into scalable data products.
- Communicate findings with clear narratives and recommended actions for senior leadership.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in math, statistics, economics, operations research, computer science, or a related quantitative field (preferred)
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field is a plus
