The Org is run like a tech start up but it's non profit so the fun parts are there, without the pressure to meet sales goals. If you're used to for-profit (my experience), you'll appreciate the do-good aspect & work/life balance while still working at pace & being challenged. I imagine a transition from nonprofit could be somewhat challenging, b/c I understand the biz operates differently (more like a startup). We do have required in-office in NY 2 days/week which isn't for everyone (but office is gorgeous). No major red flags from my perspective.
