Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee project schedules, deadlines, and workflows to ensure timely completion of all projects.
- Maintain project documentation, databases, and records to ensure accurate tracking of project status and outcomes.
- Facilitate communication between clients and team members, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned on project objectives.
- Assist in preparing project proposals, reports, and presentations for stakeholders and management review.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures, reporting any discrepancies or areas of concern to management.
- Schedule and organize virtual meetings, preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes to document key discussions and decisions.
- Identify project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues that may arise during execution.
- Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a remote or virtual environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information to team members and clients.
- Proficient in project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Familiarity with business supplies and equipment industry trends and best practices is a plus.
