Skills
- Strong troubleshooting across multiple technologies in customer-facing environments
- Proven experience with SQL Server (performance tuning, design, T-SQL)
- Familiarity with Azure platform and cloud migration patterns
- Knowledge of Microsoft Server products, networking, UNIX/Linux, and HA configurations
- Experience producing clear technical documentation and conducting knowledge transfer
Responsibilities
- Act as final escalation point for advanced technical and security issues across complex products
- Provide advanced technical support to IT professionals, developers, architects, and executives
- Own the customer support experience through collaboration, transparency, and troubleshooting best practices
- Drive customer success and confidence in Azure platform and related services
- Recommend best practices across Azure resources and clearly communicate recommendations to technical and leadership audiences
- Manage complex customer events and understand strategic requirements
- Create technical documentation and provide training and mentoring for internal teams and customers
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field OR equivalent professional experience
- Relevant vendor certifications (desirable but not required), e.g., Microsoft Azure certifications
