Pickaxe.co is a no-code platform that provides non-technical users the ability to harness AI for their projects and businesses. A Pickaxe is an AI tool, either a chatbot or a form, that is powered with a prompt. In addition to the prompt, users can power their Pickaxe with documents, websites, videos, special instructions, API endpoints, and more. Thousands of people from around the world interact with Pickaxe every day, and our user base is rapidly expanding.

We’re looking for a self-starter who thrives in a high-autonomy, “get it done” environment. This is a unique opportunity to own and execute all aspects of growth — from marketing and branding to customer success and paid acquisition.

What You’ll Do

  • Brand & Marketing: Develop and refine our brand voice, content strategy, and online presence.

  • Customer Success: Engage with customers, understand their needs, and improve their experience across the funnel.

  • Growth Experiments: Identify, run, and measure experiments to increase acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.

  • Paid Ads: Manage small-to-mid-scale ad budgets across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.

  • Funnel Optimization: Analyze metrics, improve conversion rates, and reduce churn.

  • Creative Campaigns: Ideate and launch campaigns that get attention and drive results.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, sales, and leadership to align growth initiatives with company goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or a similar role (startup experience preferred).

  • A self-starter who can take an idea from concept to execution without heavy oversight.

  • Comfort with data — using analytics tools to track and report on performance.

  • Creative and willing to test unconventional ideas.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Familiarity with paid ads platforms, email marketing, and social media management.

  • Bonus: Design, video editing, or content creation skills.
