As our Front-End Design Engineer, you'll craft the interfaces that make booking feel effortless and delightful. You'll blend design sensibility with engineering precision to build interactions that raise the bar for what users expect from enterprise software.

What You'll Own

Build Fluid, Dynamic Interfaces
Create interfaces that feel alive—smooth transitions, micro-interactions, and responsive animations that guide users naturally through complex workflows. You'll use modern techniques like CSS-driven animations, gesture-based interactions, and declarative UI patterns to build experiences that feel native and intuitive across web and mobile.

Ship Products That Delight
Own the entire front-end experience from concept to production. Work directly with design and product teams to translate wireframes and specs into polished, pixel-perfect implementations. But don't just execute—elevate. You'll ship interactions they didn't even imagine were possible.

Raise the Engineering Bar
Build with modern frameworks (React, TypeScript) and design systems that scale. Write clean, maintainable code that other engineers want to work with. Establish patterns and practices that make the entire team faster and better.

Collaborate Across Disciplines
Work closely with designers to understand intent and push their ideas further. Partner with backend engineers to ensure seamless data flow. Coordinate with native app developers to maintain interaction consistency across platforms.

Move Fast
Ship features faster than most people think possible—but with attention to detail and low bug rates. Balance speed with craft. Prove that you don't have to choose between velocity and quality.

What We're Looking For

• 4–7 years building production front-end products at startups or high-growth companies

• Expert in React, TypeScript, and modern CSS—you understand performance, accessibility, and responsive design deeply

• Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped products with delightful interactions and attention to detail

• Experience with fluid UI techniques: smooth animations, micro-interactions, gesture-based controls, and dynamic responsive layouts

• Comfortable with modern design systems and component libraries

• Strong design sense—you can critique designs constructively and suggest improvements

• Experience building complex mobile-responsive apps and collaborating with native developers

• Track record of moving extremely fast while maintaining high quality and low bug rates
