Key Responsibilities
· Lead, supervise, and coach the undergraduate admissions team to achieve yearly enrollment targets.
· Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans aligned with institutional goals.
· Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing market trends, competitor strategies, and enrollment data to enhance recruitment initiatives.
· Develop and implement territory strategy including travel planning for college fairs, high school visits and other activities to drive enrollment.
· Oversee daily operations, campus visit experiences, and outreach activities to maximize student engagement and conversion.
· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and adjust strategies to ensure enrollment goals are met.
· Collaborate with marketing, academic, and student services teams to optimize recruitment and admissions processes.
· Ensure compliance with university policies and relevant regulations.
· Represent Saint Leo University at campus events and external recruitment activities.
· Travel to college fairs, high schools and other recruitment activities as needed.
· Required Qualifications
· Master’s degree in Higher Education, Business, or related field.
· Six years of progressive experience in enrollment or admissions, including two years of staff supervision.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment goals.
· Strong leadership, operational planning, and data analysis skills.
· Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Master’s degree in higher education administration, organizational leadership, business, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in admissions, enrollment management, or enrollment operations
· Experience working with both domestic and international student recruitment.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment targets.
· Experience in a leadership role overseeing both recruitment and operations within a higher education setting.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
· Lifting of 25-35 lb. rolling carriers and boxes of recruitment materials.
· Standing and sitting for long periods of time.
· Extensive communications work via email, phone, and text daily.
· Ability to travel as needed.
