Minimum Qualifications:
An earned doctorate from a nationally recognized and accredited institution in adult and lifelong learning, or a closely related field, conferred by the start of employment
An established or emerging research agenda focused on adult and lifelong learning outside of the for-profit workplace, community college leadership, adult basic education and literacy, adult and lifelong learning policy, adult development, or any other area closely related to adult education
Evidence of scholarly productivity (e.g., publications, presentations, grants)
Ability to teach graduate courses related to adult and lifelong learning, community colleges, or adult basic education and literacy
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional experience in adult education or community colleges
Graduate teaching experience
Online teaching and/or learning experience
Experience submitting and/or securing external funding
Expertise in quantitative research methods
