Job Description

The MPS Market Manager develops profitable new business account relationships and increased profitability from existing accounts. They will identify business opportunities based on knowledge of clients, markets, products, and services. This role entails making sales presentations to existing and prospective clients informing them of benefits of using the organization's products and services to meet their needs. Success in this role comes from implementing and maintaining an effective referral network and call program to promote sales.

This position is a remote role with local travel in the Lexington, KY area.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Three to five years of relevant sales experience

  • Ability to travel

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Thorough knowledge of product marketing, client service issues and organization operations

  • Strong marketing, business development/sales and negotiating skills

  • Ability to creatively resolve client concerns and issues

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $62,050.00 - $73,000.00
