SUMMARY:

This position plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our Prepared Foods and Retail businesses through comprehensive monthly marketing analysis and tracking. You will contribute significantly to the preparation and analysis of monthly and quarterly reports, manage the quarter-end close process, and lead forecasting and annual budget planning efforts. Your expertise in reporting and analysis will be crucial in facilitating informed decision-making across the business.

Additionally, you will assist in developing strategic long-range plans for the Business Units within the Prepared Foods segment of Tyson Foods. This role demands an ownership mindset and thrives in a dynamic team environment, fostering close collaboration within the Finance team and with cross-functional partners.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance or Accounting. 
 

Experience: 3+ years experience in Finance, demonstrated success in roles requiring strong analytical and systems skills. Must possess the ability to streamline internal processes along with strong prioritization and organizational skills.
 

Communication Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills are required, including the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners and leaders.
 

Computer Skills: Strong excel based skills required including experience with successfully working with large data sets. Experience with Power BI and SAP Financial applications is a plus.
