Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand drivers and influence decisions to improve revenue growth and profitability
- Develop financial models and analyses to support ad hoc requests and strategic initiatives
- Monitor and analyze trends of key operational and financial performance indicators
- Own preparation of presentations and materials for the Executive Team
- Partner with Accounting and budget managers to ensure proper expense recognition
- Manage FP&A operations for monthly reporting, actualization of the company model, variance commentary, and forecasting
- Drive and coordinate annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and monthly reporting processes
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reporting accuracy
Education
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- MBA or advanced relevant degree (preferred)
