- Previous tutoring/teaching experience highly preferred
- Must be RBT Certified* (*BCBA also accepted and Requires: Licensed by Behavior Analyst Certification Board (Master’s degree + passing of BCBA exam)
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to make learning fun and interactive, with the focus of the tutoring often determined by student questions and comments
- Ability to pass a background check if required
