QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree and eight years of experience in development or production support or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
2. Deep specialized and/or broad functional knowledge.

5. Ability to lead complex projects.
6. Sophisticated analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical and business problems.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master's degree or MBA and ten years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
2. Deep knowledge and experience in software support or development.
3. Experience with CI/CD tools, Git workflows, Kubernetes, and microservices.
4. Understanding of DevOps, developer portals, or internal platform engineering.
5. Experience working with REST APIs, GraphQL, and backend service integration.
6. Comfort with Docker and container-based deployment.
