Job Description

Join us in shaping the future of Trove Brands! As a Brand Marketing Intern, you'll play a pivotal role in developing purpose-driven brand and channel strategies, collaborating with industry experts across the 4Ps to assess, evaluate, and execute innovative strategies.

  • Develop purpose-driven brand and channel strategies aimed at achieving significant and sustainable brand growth.
  • Execute strategies for brand building, innovation, and business model initiatives in collaboration with a cross-functional team.
  • Collaborate with experts across the 4Ps to assess solutions, orchestrate annual plans, and ensure consistent execution aligned with the brand foundation.
  • Understand consumer behavior and utilize data to unlock key business insights for product innovation and marketing messaging.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or have 2+ years of relevant work/internship experience or MBA student
  • Background in CPG Brand Marketing, Finance, Sales, Consulting, or other leadership development programs (industry agnostic).
  • Skills: Financial acumen, strategic thinking, leadership.
  • Ability to think strategically, generate creative solutions, manage multiple projects, and achieve rapid business results.
  • Team player with the capability to manage relationships across functional areas and communicate effectively across diverse languages and cultures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • PC skills required, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical ability to translate data into meaningful insights and actionable strategies.
  • Strategic decision-making to balance short-term commitments and long-term brand health.
  • Understanding of P&L mechanics and the ability to impact topline and bottom-line drivers.
  • Evaluate brand-building ideas across the 4Ps and make connections across the brand portfolio.
  • Utilize the 4Ps to achieve brand strategy and goals.
  • Comfort and capability in working with brands at all stages of growth.
  • Ability to influence and inspire both direct and cross-functional teams.
