We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our growing and passionate team in Boston. You will partner work alongside our amazing technical team partnering with product and design to deliver simple, reliable experiences for our customers. You will contribute to projects across the stack, collaborating with senior engineers and product partners from design through launch. You’ll write high quality code, participate in reviews, and bring strong problem solving skills to help deliver reliable features at pace.

Minimum 3 years as a software engineer
Demonstrated experience in designing, building and maintaining complex, scalable web applications
What You'll Work With
We build with a modern, pragmatic tech stack. While we don't expect you to be an expert in everything, we're looking for overlap with several of these tools:
Backend: Python, Django, Django REST Framework, Celery
Frontend: JavaScript, TypeScript, React, CSS
Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis
Infrastructure and DevOps: AWS (Fargate, ECR, S3), CI/CD with Github Actions, and a strong testing culture (Unit and Integration Tests)
AI and data tools: PydanticAI, OpenAI APIs, agentic AI development
Core skills
A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a talent for untangling complex challenges and communicating solutions clearly to diverse audiences.
A track record of successful collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to ship features from concept to launch.
The ability to mentor other engineers and elevate the team's technical bar through thoughtful code reviews and design discussions.
