AI Developer

Key Role: 

Create and improve artificial intelligence tools for digital modeling products. Apply specific functional knowledge, including working or general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance, and review or guide activities of more junior employees. 

Basic Qualifications: 

• 3+ years of experience designing software solutions to meet client requirements 

• 3+ years of experience with full-stack development, including front-end in JavaScript, TypeScript, or React and back-end in Node.js or RESTful APIs 

• Experience with embedding models and vector databases, RAG technologies and LLM frameworks, including LangChain or LlamaIndex, and LLM model registries, including Hugging Face

• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker 

• Secret clearance 

• Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics field 

  

Additional Qualifications: 

• Experience working with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure 

• Experience utilizing DevOps tools such as GitHub Actions to build and manage CI/CD pipelines 

• Experience with software architecture in the development of microservices 

• Top Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
