Key Role:
Plan, organize, and lead technical projects and phases of projects involving the design and development of new and improved products and processes. Analyze alternatives with a deep awareness of industry trends, leading companies, and leading consortium, university, and international laboratory activities. Serve as a technical lead on additive product development projects. Apply additive design tools, and generative design concepts specific to design for additive manufacturing (DfAM) using standard commercial software. Collaborate with engineering teams and material scientists to identify and drive projects to enable increased usage of DfAM by facilitating communication and sharing best practices. Lead and guide team members and business unit teams in work verification. Support the integration of new additive manufacturing (AM) technologies and research, and introduce promising technologies to the AM support communities.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
