About the Company:
World is a network of real humans, built on privacy-preserving proof-of-human technology, and powered by a globally inclusive financial network that enables the free flow of digital assets for all. It is built to connect, empower, and be owned by everyone.
This role is with Tools for Humanity in our San Francisco office
We are building a generational brand with World—one of the leading projects in the age of AI. We’re not just aiming to join the ranks of iconic tech companies; we’re building something the world hasn’t seen before. That’s why we’re looking for someone who not only brings deep experience but is excited to help invent a new kind of design practice—without a blueprint. Someone ready to shape what a brand like this can become. Reporting to the Head of Brand Design, we are seeking a Brand Designer to help us imagine, define, evolve and maintain what this unique project looks and feels like. In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand both strategic objectives and operational requirements, translating these insights into clear and culturally resonant design materials that meet high creative standards.
You will play a key role in defining and evolving the design language for World, the World Foundation, Tools for Humanity, and the initiatives that grow from them. Working closely with the Head of Brand Design and the broader design team, you will help strategize, conceptualize, and design brand materials across digital and print.
Your work will span a wide range of surfaces—from billboards and wild postings to websites, packaging, merchandise, and signage—always designed with the user in mind. These assets will balance both emotional and functional goals: evoking a feeling, conveying meaning, and providing clarity of use.
This role is highly cross-functional, supporting strategic and operational priorities across the organization, including the Office of the CEO, industrial design, architecture, product, operations, and communications. Your contributions will have global visibility, shaping how our brands are experienced and understood worldwide.
