We’re looking for someone who can own the full brand-building process — from defining a bold creative vision to delivering polished execution. This is not just a “creative director” role; it’s for someone who can lead a small creative pod (designers, writers, UI/UX talent) and bring new brands to life quickly and at a high level of quality.
As Head of Brand & Creative, you will:
Shape brand identities from scratch — directing logo design, colors, typography, and brand systems.
Craft brand voice and messaging — from website copy to blogs, case studies, and investor-facing assets.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to turn brand frameworks into best-in-class websites and digital experiences.
Build and manage a micro-team of creative talent (designers, copywriters, UX) to ensure execution matches vision.
Evolve RAD Intel’s parent brand while standing up new brands and ventures under the RAD umbrella.
Key Responsibilities
Own the creative vision and ensure consistency across RAD Intel and its ventures.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines, voice, and storytelling frameworks.
Partner with leadership to align creative with business and investor strategy.
Oversee production of logos, visual identity systems, websites, blogs, case studies, and campaign assets.
Provide direction and feedback to freelance/contract designers, writers, and UX specialists.
Ensure all touchpoints — from design to messaging — tell a cohesive, compelling story.
7+ years of experience in creative direction, brand strategy, or brand building.
A portfolio that shows end-to-end brand creation (visual identity + messaging + digital experience).
Proven ability to manage and guide small creative teams (in-house or freelance).
Strong grasp of UI/UX, design systems, and content strategy.
A balance of strategic vision and hands-on capability when needed.
