Position: Guest Services / Reception

Work Term: Part-time

Location: SanTan Village Mall - Gilbert AZ

Wage: $16-$18/hour

Position Overview: As a Guest Services - Front Desk Reception + Retail Associate at Tommy Gun's Gilbert, you play a pivotal role in bringing our company vision to life. Just as our barbershop experience is rooted in personalized service and attention to detail, your role at the front desk is to ensure that every guest receives the same level of care and consideration. From greeting guests to managing check-ins, and assisting with retail sales (or giving general product recommendations), you are instrumental in creating an atmosphere where clients feel valued and appreciated, and taken care of.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients both in-person and over the phone
• Manage check-ins and service queues
• Process retail transactions and assist clients with product selection
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and retail displays
• Providing knowledge to guests about our services when asked. 
• Assisting barbers with clients and other administrative tasks as needed

• Exceptional Customer Service Skills - can you go above and beyond for every guest, every time
• Master excellent written and verbal communication skills—be the voice that answers emails and phone calls, manages service queues, and supports your team
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, showcasing exceptional time-management and multitasking abilities
• Bring familiarity with our products and brands in the shop (an asset!)
• Bonus points for experience in a salon, barbershop, or spa (not a requirement)
