Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer and field sales inquiries, requests, and orders professionally
- Develop price quotes and process orders, changes, and returns according to procedures
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues promptly and thoroughly
- Maintain current knowledge of Cadwell products, software, and internal systems
- Provide backup receptionist support when needed
- Demonstrate positive, solutions-oriented interactions with customers and colleagues
- Perform other tasks as assigned to support sales operations
Education
- Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience (required)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years related education or experience (required)
