About the Role:
We’re looking for a curious, driven Lead Product Manager to join our Platform team and architect the core systems that power the global business. Reporting to the Head of Platform, you’ll be a key strategic partner responsible for building the "moats" that amplify our success — scalable systems and a data platform that empower product, marketing, and operations teams to innovate and grow faster.
Your scope spans e-commerce checkout, customer review ecosystems, AI tools and agents, and the foundational data warehouse. You’ll focus on 2-3 big bets at a time while setting and maintaining standards across the rest. This role suits a problem-solver and generalist energized by a wide domain, skilled at spotting patterns in complex challenges, and driven to create lasting impact.
Please note: This is a full-time position and qualified candidates must be based in the greater New York City area. We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of 2 days per week in the office, while also offering flexibility for employees to choose where they work for the rest of the week.
