Senior Product Manager
Skills
- Proven leadership of small engineering/product teams (3-5+ engineers)
- Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge and experience (writing cases, sprint ceremonies)
- Experience with Jira, Trello or equivalent project tools
- Familiarity with behavior analytics tools (preferably Mixpanel)
- Basic technical understanding (Git branching, release planning)
- Mobile product experience (iOS/Android) and mobile release workflows
- Comfort conducting user research and translating feedback into product decisions
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day work of a product team acting as both product owner and scrum master
- Define and manage product roadmap to meet quarterly and annual business goals
- Use behavior analytics, user research, and product data to measure and improve performance
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to scope, QA, and release software frequently
- Own release planning, QA coordination, and basic technical/release decisions
- Engage directly with customers to collect feedback and surface product opportunities
- Mentor product team members and drive cross-functional alignment with stakeholders
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Relevant product management certifications or coursework a plus
